Genting will continous increase holding in landmark

In continous to my prvious post of landmark, today (7/1/06) comment about landmark plan. Ridding of singapore IR project. The last sentence very interests. " It only make sense that genting continous buying landmark at open market but slowly".
Does this mean landmark stock price will continous up regardless the market condition?

We need to see further annocement from landmark. Recent rally is due to genting buying more Landmark.
